It is necessary that that your primary care vet contacts us to give us consent to see you before we can make you an appointment. This is important because we liaise closely with your primary care vet for follow-up treatment, and it ensures that your pet's case history is available so that there are no complications between treatments that may be given and any medication your pet may already be on.
